Voluntary work has been part of my upbringing and higher education. I strongly believe in giving back and paying it forward where possible.
I work together with AI4ALL, a programme that brings AI education to people outside the typical tech pipeline. Work to date: vibe coding sessions for female entrepreneurs, workshops for ROC students as part of the Youth Empowerment Programme, contribution to the AI4ALL EDUCATE programme, and a masterclass on agentic AI. In 2025 I was nominated for the AI4ALL Legacy Award.
Women in Motion is a women's network in Noordwijk. Together with Roos, we organise events around different topics to stimulate a community of ambitious women in a more local setting. The network was featured in LEVEN Magazine in the 2025 winter edition.
While studying in the UK, I organized fundraising events for Barnardo's, one of the UK's largest children's charities. Committee member for a Charity Auction Night; co-organized the Liverpool Megaraid, raising over £600 in a day with a team of six.
